Most titanium ranges stop at the keychain. These are the three lines EDC buyers add next - precision tweezers, paracord beads and dive pointer sticks. They share one technical story: titanium alloy is non-magnetic, needs no coating, and never rusts.
Why titanium fits small tools so well
Titanium is non-magnetic, which is why fine tools are made from it. The tip will not drag against steel parts, and it will not disturb a compass, a watch movement or sensitive electronics.
There is no plating to flake off and no paint to chip, so the tool works the same after years of pocket carry. In salt water the alloy simply does not corrode - the property that makes it viable for dive hardware where stainless steel eventually pits. Everything in this range is Ti-6Al-4V.
Precision tweezers and paracord beads
Our tweezers are 81 mm long and weigh 5 g, with a large flat tip and jimping near the grip. That holds alignment under pressure, which is what matters for fly tying, jewellery assembly, model work and lab handling. Stonewashed matte grey is the working version; anodized ice-flower blue, bronze and rainbow are the collector and gift versions - anodizing is electrical oxidation, so the colour cannot fade or peel.
The bead line runs one size only: 13.5 mm diameter by 17 mm long, 7 g, with a through hole that takes standard paracord. Grooved, satin-brushed and stonewashed versions cover three price tiers, and buyers use them on knife lanyards, paracord bracelets, zipper pulls and bag hardware. A bead is the cheapest way to turn a single tool into a gift-ready set.
Dive pointer sticks: 350 mm, 92 g, salt-water-proof
Dive pointer and rattle sticks run 350 mm with an 8 mm shaft at 92 g - long enough to point at marine life or tap a tank, light enough to carry on a BCD without drag.
Working versions pair a laser-engraved scale for coral and substrate surveys with anti-slip grooves and a lanyard loop that attaches to tank or BCD. Anodized gold, bronze, blue, purple and rainbow bodies are easier to see in low visibility and easier to identify in a rental fleet, which is why resorts and liveaboards buy them by the set.
How to build the range
Open with one working piece per line: stonewashed tweezers, the grooved brushed bead and a natural dive stick. Add anodized colours second - they reuse the same die and carry no tooling cost.
MOQ starts from 5 pieces per SKU and samples ship in 5-10 days; orders from our Baoji facility leave within 72 hours. Laser engraving and custom packaging are available across all three lines - send the specification on WhatsApp and we will confirm material, dimensions and finish before you commit.
