MOQ Guide: What Minimum Order Quantities Really Mean
Minimum order quantity is usually the first question a buyer asks and the last thing a supplier explains. Here is how MOQ works on our side, and how to use a low minimum to test a titanium line before you scale it.

Why MOQ exists at all
Minimums are driven by setup, not by goodwill: tooling, material break-quantities and machine time all have to be booked before a single unit is made. That is why a factory cannot quote the same unit price for 5 pieces and 5,000.
For stock items the setup cost is already paid — the product exists. That is the category where low minimums are genuinely possible, and it is the category we build around.
Our MOQ structure
MOQ starts at 5 pcs per SKU for stock items, and mix-and-match across categories is welcome — cups, kettles, cookware, tableware, stakes, keychains and EDC can travel in the same order.
Custom work (your logo, your colour, your packaging) is quoted per project, because the minimum then depends on the process rather than the stock on the shelf. Samples for custom work take 5–10 days.

How to use a low MOQ well
A small first order is a testing tool, not a compromise. What to check with it:
- Finish and colour in daylight — anodized titanium reads differently indoors
- Weight and hand-feel against your own benchmark product
- How the pieces pack and ship, and what the landed cost really is
- Whether your customers ask for the second size or the gift version
Scaling after the test
Once a piece proves itself, moving up in volume is a pricing conversation, not a tooling one — the product already exists. Tell us the quantity and destination country and we reply within 24 hours with FOB, CIF or DDP pricing.
In-stock orders ship within 72 hours of payment confirmation, so a restock does not have to wait for a production run.
