OEM & ODM for Titanium Products: The Five-Step Process
Custom titanium work is a sequence, not a single quote. Here is the five-step path from your brief to a shipped order, with the lead times we commit to at each stage.

Step 1 — Specification
We start from your product, not from a stock list: dimensions, capacity, wall thickness, finish, colour, logo placement and packaging. For cutlery and drinkware, a reference sample or a drawing is enough to begin.
Step 2 — Sampling
Custom samples take 5–10 days. This is the stage where finish and colour get settled — anodized titanium colours are formed electrically, so they vary with surface preparation and are worth checking in daylight before approval.
Step 3 — Approval and quotation
Once the sample is approved, we quote the production quantity with FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Unit price depends on volume, finish count and packaging — one strong finish usually reads better and costs less than three stacked effects.
Step 4 — Production
We coordinate production across 30+ partner factories in the Titanium Valley, matching each product line with the workshop that runs it best, under one quality standard. Stock orders ship within 72 hours; custom runs follow the schedule confirmed at quotation.
Step 5 — Inspection and dispatch
Every bulk order is photo-inspected before it leaves the warehouse — material, dimension, surface and packaging checks — and ships by DHL, FedEx, UPS, air or sea freight with tracking.

Frequently asked questions
What can be customised on a titanium product?
Logos by laser engraving or embossing, anodized colours, size and capacity, and packaging or gift-box design. Private-label programmes are standard.
How long does an OEM or ODM sample take?
Custom samples take 5–10 days. MOQ for custom work is quoted per project because the minimum depends on the process rather than stock.
Do you check quality before shipping?
Yes. Every bulk order passes multi-step inspection — material, dimension, surface and packaging — and is photo-inspected before dispatch.
