Before dispatch we photograph the finished goods and share the images with you for approval.
Test reports before dispatch
Material and finish documentation is shared with the shipment so your QC team can review it.
Sample approval first
Custom and private-label runs start with a physical sample (5–10 days) that you approve before production.

Specification questions, change requests and claims are answered the same working day.
