Why 600 ml is a serving size, not a bigger mug
A 450 ml mug is one large coffee. At 600 ml the same shape starts behaving like a small serving vessel: it pours enough for several rounds of three 45 ml tea bowls, or fills one travel mug and leaves a top-up for a second person.
The body stays packable at that capacity. The 600 ml titanium mug is rated 147 g, and the folding handle lies flat so the vessel stays compact in a pack while still working as a pouring jug at camp.
The four formats across the twelve SKUs
Three SKUs are plain mugs - the 600 ml body with a folding handle, in sandblasted natural titanium or anodized colour. This is the volume format for retail and basecamp kit.
Three are fairness cups with a foldable handle, drawn from gongfu tea service, where one brew is poured out into small bowls instead of being drunk from a single cup.
One is a tea server with a strainer basket, so loose leaf brews in the body and pours off without a separate pot.
The remaining five pair the 600 ml body with 45 ml titanium tea bowls, sold as a complete service. That kit format is what tea houses, tasting rooms and gift buyers order, because it arrives ready to use rather than as a single piece.
How the finishes split
Sandblasted natural titanium accounts for four SKUs and is the workhorse: no coating, resists scratches and fingerprints, and reads industrial rather than decorative.
The anodized pieces cover Splendid Midnight Gold, Splendid Blue, Splendid Gold-Silver, Splendid Blue-Gold and Splendid Blue-Edge Rainbow, alongside Crystal Frost, Ice Flower Azure and matte variants. Anodising grows an oxide layer on the metal rather than applying paint, so the colour cannot flake into a drink and engraved pieces stay food-safe.
