A serving spoon is bought for reach, not for looks. This range covers two lengths and fourteen SKUs, and the split between them is the only decision that really matters.
Two lengths, two jobs
The 152 mm spoon is the serving length. It reaches the bottom of a deep pot, service bowl or chafing dish without the hand going in, and it portions onto a tray or plate in one motion. The 140 mm spoon is the small-portion length - dessert service, condiment and yogurt bars, pick-and-mix counters - where the spoon sits in the container rather than travelling far.
Buying the wrong one shows up immediately. A 140 mm spoon in a stock pot forces staff to tilt the pot; a 152 mm spoon on a dessert counter reads as a mistake to the customer.
Serving spoons wear out before dining spoons
A serving spoon takes the load. It works against the side of a pot, levers food off a tray and is dropped into a sink far more often than a dining spoon that travels from plate to mouth. That is where the practical case for titanium lands first: it is light for the reach it gives, it does not rust when left wet in a sink, and there is no coating to flake when it meets a pot rim. The 140 mm anodized pieces in this range are recorded at 19 g.
The finish question for front and back of house
Four SKUs are sandblasted natural titanium - two at each length - and they are the back-of-house answer. There is no colour layer to wear, so a scuffed spoon still looks correct after a season of service.
The other ten carry five anodized colours - Splendid Blue, Splendid Gold, Splendid Rose Gold, Splendid Rose Red and Splendid Rainbow - as the same grid at both lengths. That repetition is the point: a hotel can run natural in the kitchen and a warm tone in the dining room, or a cool tone at a self-service counter, without changing supplier or SKU logic. The colour is an anodized oxide grown on the metal rather than paint, so it cannot peel off into food.
How the line is ordered
MOQ is 5 pieces per SKU and mixing lengths and finishes in one order is normal. Samples ship in 5-10 days and orders leave our Baoji facility within 72 hours.
