24 Titanium Tumblers: The Family That Is Neither a Mug nor a Bottle

Short answer: a tumbler here is an open-top vessel between 230 and 300 ml, and 21 of the 24 are anodized. It is not a mug with a handle and it is not a bottle with a lid - which is exactly why the family is worth reading before you specify one.

What counts as a tumbler in this range?

There are 24 tumblers among the 503 SKUs: 23 sit in the cups-mugs line and one is the 800 ml brewer in the kettles line. Scroll past them and you would file half as mugs and half as bottles, which is how a buyer ends up quoting the wrong piece.

Capacity splits into two clusters rather than spreading evenly. 230 ml accounts for six SKUs, 260 ml for four, and 400 ml for five; there is a single 300 ml, a single 500 ml and a single 800 ml. Six of the 24 do not state a capacity in the name at all, so the median of the ones that do lands at 260 ml.

That 230-to-300 ml band is what makes the family useful: it is a spirits, cocktail and beer size, not a hydration size.

Why are 21 of the 24 anodized?

Because on a tumbler the colour is the product. The line runs beer tumblers, wine tumblers, mocktail cups and matcha cups, and the anodized oxide is what carries the rainbow rim, the ice-flower pattern or the gold fade that sells the piece.

The exceptions are instructive: one natural finish, one natural titanium finish and one sandblasted matte. Those are the pieces sold on material honesty rather than colour, and they are what a buyer asks for when the retail story is 'no coating, no pigment'.

For an order this matters practically. Anodized colour is a process control question, so a twelve-piece set will look consistent only if it comes from one finishing batch - ask for that explicitly.

Does a tumbler come with a lid or a straw?

Not with a lid. Across all 24 SKUs, none states a lid or a cover. Seven ship with a straw, and five are built double-wall; the rest are single-wall open cups.

That is the useful dividing line against the bottle family. There are 68 bottles in this catalogue and 8 of them are built with an insulating wall - so if the brief says sealed, insulated or 'goes in a bag', the answer is a bottle and a tumbler will disappoint the customer.

Conversely, if the brief says cocktail service, a tasting flight, or a retail shelf where the colour does the selling, the bottle is the wrong shape and the tumbler is the right one.

What should you specify when ordering?

Four fields carry the whole decision: capacity, finish, straw or no straw, and wall construction. Add the market you are selling into, because the colour names that read well in one market read as novelty in another.

Weight is the field to chase. Only one of the 24 publishes a weight - the 800 ml tea tumbler at 200 g - so for the other 23 you should ask rather than estimate. A 230 ml single-wall tumbler and a 230 ml double-wall tumbler do not share a packing cost.
